Since 2017, we have been a signatory of this United Nations Initiative, which aims to mobilize the business community around the world to adopt ten principles that represent fundamental values of human rights, labor relations, the environment and the fight against corruption.
We have been committed to the global agenda of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals in areas such as human rights, labor rights, the environment, and the fight against corruption since 2017.
An international initiative that evaluates and recognizes corporate actions aimed at minimizing and managing environmental impacts. Since 2019, we have completed the water security questionnaire, and since 2020, the climate change questionnaire. In 2025, we continued to uphold the transparency and quality of our sustainable management practices, maintaining our B rating.
We participate in the council with the aim of aligning our practices with standards of excellence in sustainability.
We have renewed our partnership with WIM in Brazil and Peru, reinforcing our commitment to building a more inclusive and diverse mining industry.
We received the certification for the presence of women on our Board of Directors in 2021. WOB is an independent initiative aimed at promoting corporate environments where women serve on boards of directors or advisory boards.
A global corporate sustainability assessment platform that evaluates the environmental, social, and ethical performance of companies across various sectors. Nexa’s strong showing in the assessment demonstrates our commitment to improving social and environmental responsibility practices and our transparency with customers. In 2025, we improved our score with the Ecovadis rating agency, rising from 67 to 69 in the overall score and from 70 to 85 in the Environment score, earning recognition and a customer bonus.
An assessment conducted by S&P Global on the sustainability practices of listed companies, serving as the basis for the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI). In 2025, Nexa Peru S.A. improved its score.
