We provide ongoing learning initiatives for each of our employees, outlining growth possibilities and defining action plans. Furthermore, we have a virtual and face-to-face training program.

Short Friday

On Fridays, the departure time is earlier, allowing our employees to enjoy their moments of relaxation.
